Job Description

As a People Business Partner supporting the Product Offer Development & Support function, you will align and implement people strategies and be a strategic advisor to business leaders.  

The Product Offer Development & Support function consist of approximately 300 employees and the purpose of the function is to enable the product offer through developing business methods & tools and drive change, operations, innovation & tech. The People Business Partner role reports to the People Manager of the function.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Business Partnering: partner with business leaders, align HR practices with organizational goals, and provide effective HR solutions based on business needs.  
  • Cultural Leadership: Foster and promote a high-performing, growth-oriented organizational culture with strong values.   
  • Talent Development: collaborate on ensuring seamless integration with talent development, contribution, engagement, and retention across the function. 
  • Employee Relations: manage employee relations matters and maintain a positive and compliant work environment. Including managing labor relations. 
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: collaborate on workforce planning, including staffing projections, talent needs analysis, and succession planning. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a HR business partner. 
  • Experience and knowledge of Swedish Labor Law and regulations. 
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations matters, including labor relations. 
  • Experience in managing talent development, engagement, and retention programs. 
  • Hands-on experience in change management. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Track record of utilizing HR metrics and data analytics for decisions making.  


Additional Information

This is a temporary position (parental leave cover) based in Stockholm with a start date in September 2024. Please apply as soon as possible but no later than 02 June 2024. Interviews will be held continuously.
