BAT Swedenis looking for a Junior Key Account Executive for our SE team.
SENIORITY LEVEL: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Commercial related functions
FUNCTION: Trade Marketing

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
BAT Sweden is currently looking for a Key Account Executive who wants to join us in our transformation journey in growing our new category offers in the Sweden market. You will be working at a market leading company with well-known brands.You will be part of our customer management team, a team of 8 dedicated coworkers ensuring wide portfolio distribution, strong commercial platforms, sustainable investments, & category insight driven setups in our trade universe.
We are all dynamic professionals that work in an international environment where the ambitious mindset and focused approach is supported greatly by skilled, diverse individuals. The role is responsible for demonstrating BAT’s global position within locally based organised accounts in order to establish outstanding key account management in BAT.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
As Key Account Executive you will be supporting the growth of our brands through step-changing key account management and be part of a transformational journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibility for own accounts & to manage them successfully Proactively seek, identify and quantify opportunities to grow our business based on consumer insights Measure & analyse BAT and competitors’ performance in accounts Own and drive projects linked to overall Business/Customer Profitability Align account plan with trade / brand plans Support the implementation of account plans. Directly manage the implementation of account plans for assigned accounts to ensure that volume / profit objectives per account are achieved through the most efficient use of resources Create & maintain reports for all accounts Negotiate BAT to a position of strength in accounts based on performance & opportunities Manage consumer demand issues in accounts’ retail execution for the category Create selling propositions to accounts based on facts extracted from various data sources Control financial documents (TCI & P&L) of each account and ensure that all required docs are aligned with the accounting department Focus on the fostering of value creation as an inherent part of the job Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

As the ideal candidate you are pro-active, analytical, and structured, and you are good at setting clear direction and move fast to deliver business results. You possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work independently as well as being a team-player.
Furthermore, to succeed in the role, you have:
A University degree in Marketing, Business or Business Information and minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing/ category management /Key account related functions Experience from FMCG industry Strong analytical, systems and numeracy skills with capability to master complexity Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish Strong communication and planning skills IT skills at advanced level You are bold, curious and resilient You learn quickly and share learnings You are responsible and think long term and deliver outstanding results Require driving Licence.
