Region NCE > Service Operations Support > Training Coordination NW
You will become a part of Vestas Service North and Central Europe. We are responsible for project, installation, and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work.
You will be joining a team handling coordination of technical & functional trainings Onshore for internal and external technicians. We act as regional partner, with the objective of making all needed activities in administration, forecasting and booking of trainings.
Teamwork and communication are our key to growth in our quest to become the best Region within the Vestas Group.

Responsibilities

Developing a group of Training Coordinators located in more countries focusing on Training coordination of onshore internal and external technicians. Leading a field supervisor / group of local field instructors Securing close collaboration with the Vestas training academy and the local service business on trainings locally and remotely.

Qualifications

Experienced in corporate trainings and understanding of the process for coordinating trainings Attention to detail Ability to prioritize own workload Positive and proactive mentality High interpersonal skills Comprehensive customer focus Open to travel to other countries to support ones team if needed

Competencies

Leading through intent and able to motivate others Experienced in Leading teams remotely Organized and methodical approach to work You take full ownership of issues in your area until a solution has been identified and implemented  Great communication skills, combined with a commercial and strategic mindset Proficiency in English, both written and orally

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Malmö, Sweden. But for the right candidate the other Nordic offices is also a possibility. You should expect some travel activity, approximately days per year.
