To our Digital Communications Team within Content Factory, we are now looking for an AI Content leader. You will be at the forefront of our exciting journey to Integrate generative AI into our creative processes to drive innovation, quality, and productivity. Brings experience working with integrating GenAI technologies into the creative and production processes at an agency or similar
Have great communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues and concepts in a simple, clear, engaging, and inspirational way.

Thrive with stakeholder management, keeping them and our co-workers well-informed, engaged, and empowered.

As our AI Content Leader, you will lead the implementation of GenAI tools and platforms across various stages of the creative process, from ideation and content generation to data analysis and performance optimization. You will Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI solutions to improve creative workflows, optimize resource utilization, and drive efficiency in content and campaign development. You will advise co-workers on the benefits and capabilities of GenAI technologies in communication and identify opportunities for GenAI solutions to address business challenges. You will also Facilitate collaboration between creative teams and AI specialists to explore new ideas, experiment with AI-generated content, and push the boundaries of creativity.
About The Content Factory
This role belongs to the Digital Communication Team within Content Factory. The Content Factory is where we will come together across Ingka Group to create low-cost and high-quality content and experiences innovate in ways that benefit more of the many and create engagement with the IKEA brand. The Content Factory focuses on end-to-end content creation and deployment across Ingka, and we aim to make sure we have the best possible setup to deliver value and meet brand and customer new demands in an omnichannel reality. This is a place where you can focus on doing your best work. There are no dress codes or closed offices. No day is ever the same. All ideas are welcome. To be concrete this means that you will:
Lead the implementation of GenAI within Content factory focusing on people, processes and technology
Integrate GenAI and automation throughout planning, creative, production and follow-up
Identify and implement relevant technologies across the creative and production chain
Train and coach creative teams in on how to use GenAI in their daily work
Communicate complex AI concepts and strategies clearly and compellingly, building confidence and trust with stakeholders across the organization.
Ensure responsible use of AI technologies in creative processes, with the IKEA values as a guiding star.
Stay informed about ethical considerations and regulatory guidelines related to AI usage, implementing best practices to mitigate risks and protect both co-workers and consumers.
This role is a permanent contract and will be located in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Digital Communications Manager of Ingka. We work in a hybrid environment, with all the tools needed, and since we think magic happens when we are together in our vibrant office, the majority of our time is spent there. Please note that this is not a people-leader role.
