NFRRP PMO / Portfolio Management Office Analyst / Liaison within Group Financial Crime Prevention

 

Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP) is now looking for a Portfolio Management Office Analyst to support the programme manager within the Financial Crime Risk Reduction Plan Programme.

 

All around the globe, countries are facing rising economic and social costs due to human trafficking, terrorism, corruption, drug smuggling, tax evasion and other forms of illegal activities. Tracking down and stopping the money flow from these illegal activities are key to disrupting the criminals involved. That is why financial institutions are uniquely placed to be part of the solution.

 

The GFCP Program Management Office oversees the Non Financial Risk Reduction Plan (NFRRP) and supports other key GFCP initiatives. NFFRP is a part of Nordea Bank’s Financial Crime 2022-2025 strategy, that brings Nordea within risk appetite and improves the current Financial Crime Prevention operating model through long-term efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability. As the PMO analyst/ liaison, you’ll play a supporting role in cross functional activity through several domains and business areas.

 

About this role

 

You will be part of Programme Management Office working closely with and supporting the Portfolio Management & Domain Coordination Lead to ensure Programme success by interacting with GFCP domains and Business Areas to:

  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, enabling effective collaboration between GFCP domains/ BAs and PMO team
  • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders: emerge with domains to understand their deliveries, dependencies, risks and issues and provide challenge when needed
  • Prepare monthly progress report according to given timeframe
  • Ensure adequate PMO documentation (e.g. change control process, closure milestone process, risk and issue logs, etc).

 

Within your role you may be asked also to:

  • Take ownership of all aspects of the domain reporting, tracking and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure that PMO processes are executed in compliance with Nordea Change Management standards
  • Ensure completeness and quality of data required for portfolio reporting
  • Be comfortable with managing multiple assignments and interests at the same time
  • Share regular feedback about the PMO way of working, incl. ideas of improvements.

You will have the opportunity to help shape the way that the programme is run. The role can be placed in either Łódź/ Gdańsk/ Gdynia/ Warsaw, Tallin, Helsinki or Stockholm.

Your profile and background: 

  • Relevant bachelor or master degree, e.g. Finance, Business Administration or equivalent academic background
  • Experience in Financial Crime project/ portfolio/ programme management
  • Experienced in use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in English – in speaking, in writing and when presenting
