Wholesale- And Customer Concierge Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Operations- and customer Concierge Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing global wholesale customer orders, prospection, ensuring accuracy and timely processing times. The role requires a proactive and solution-focused mindset to ensure the execution of wholesale orders and fulfilment success, alongside excellent customer service. The individual must have proven success in building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. As a growing business, troubleshooting skills are essential to resolve challenges swiftly, whilst contributing to delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
A background in the equestrian market/industry is a must.
Your activities include:Oversee the end-to end process from order receipt to final delivery, including coordinating with 3PL WarehouseSend Order Confirmation and order response emails to the customer, updating any out-of-stock products and ETA dates of when they will become available to orderSend orders to 3PL warehouse, and coordinate with couriers and shipping companies where necessary to ensure smooth and on-time deliveryTake ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution.Deal with any returns/credits/debit notes raised for damages/shortagesAnalyse inventory reports and demand plans in order to identify risk and gaps in stock levels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on stock movement/transfers to support demandContribute to maintaining customer price lists and order forms, ie: price increases, new products, and discontinuationsContribute to running reports and analysing sales dataProspection of retail accounts; contacting and follow up Order management and execution of orders, to help drive sales to meet the Company's Monthly Sales TargetTake the lead on day-to-day account activity and respond to clients and their teams’ requests on timeAble to identify and escalate account issues where necessaryShow initiative, be quick to respond, use logic and quick thinking to problem solve.Find solutions and use concise, quick and efficient communicationsComfortable working in a team and independently managing your own workloadStrong communication and interpersonal/people skills, ability to establish partnerships with all levels internally and externally
A background in the equestrian market/industry is a must.
This can be a part-time position or an internship. 2-3 years experience in a business environmentExcellent Excel skills, and proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and reporting is a plusKnowledge of order processing, key account management, and ensuring bespoke service based on individual customer requirements.Skilled in managing 3PL’s and warehouse relationships.Comfortable reviewing large sets of data to drive resolutions.Experience in the equestrian market/industryProven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a teamExceptional organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and a capacity to take ownership of the role in a fast-paced environment.Proactive mindset, anticipating and addressing potential issues.
