Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
IBM MDM Consultant
to join a vibrant Agile team focused on delivering high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IBM MDM development, with at least
5 years of practical experience
. This role requires a deep understanding of master data management concepts, as well as proficiency in relevant programming languages, including
Java
and
PL/SQL
.

Main Responsibilities:
The consultant will be tasked with carrying out the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the product according to agreed requirements and coding standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Scrum team and other ART members to resolve issues and share knowledge.
  • Actively participate in requirement refinement, user story definition, and task breakdown using best practices.
  • Ensure high-quality code and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM MDM development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, SQL, and CSS.
  • Proficiency in Java Web Services and advanced Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of core master data management concepts, including deduplication and data quality.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
  • Swedish language skills are a plus but not required.

Other Details:
This role requires on-site presence 3 days per week in the Stockholm office and will span from November 3, 2025, to June 30, 2026. This position is pivotal to enhancing enterprise-level solutions in a dynamic team environment.
