Who is the company and context?

Our client is an international CFO advisory firm looking to strengthen their
EPM
practise in Stockholm. They are seeking an
OneStream Consultant
to play a key role in bridging the gap between business and IT departments at large corporations across various industries. This is a
permanent position
within an established consultancy where you will work on complex financial systems and process change projects.

What will I be doing?

  • Design and implement OneStream solutions that bridge business and IT functions at major corporations
  • Partner with clients to develop strategic financial roadmaps focusing on either financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or Group Consolidation projects
  • Lead project teams through implementation, development, and change management with emphasis on process automation

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Proficiency in leading EPM platforms such as OneStream, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Workiva, Workday Adaptive Planning, Lucanet, Prophix, or Pigment is essential
  • Track record of leading and delivering digital transformation projects
  • Deep understanding of finance processes (e.g., FP&A, accounting, group consolidation)
  • Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus
