KAYAKOMAT is a fast-growing Swedish SaaS company and the global leader in self-service kayak & SUP rentals. Since launching in 2020, we've expanded to nearly 300 stations across Europe. Each station is run by a local operator, supported by our central team.

For summer 2026, we're looking for a motivated intern to support our European expansion.

Your Role

You'll join our customer success & marketing team, working closely with local operators to strengthen their marketing and station performance. Your tasks include:

  • Coaching operators by phone/video and motivating them in their local marketing
  • Monitoring their activities and giving feedback
  • Hosting digital Meet Ups to share insights and best practices
  • Helping operators create simple, effective marketing plans and material
  • Preparing ready-to-use marketing content
  • Supporting community engagement and visibility efforts

You'll also contribute a lot to our central marketing projects based on your interests (SEO/AI search, content creation, strategy, etc.).

We have a group of interns joining us in various fileds and markets each spring/summer. This is our high season and a great time to enjoy Stockholm. We host after works and our interns usually have a lot of fun together in their free time.

Who You Are

  • Proactive, organized, communicative
  • Comfortable talking to and motivating people
  • Interested in both marketing and relationship-building
  • Ready to take responsibility and learn fast
  • Available in Stockholm for 4–6 months (March–August)
  • Fluent in
    German OR French

Fields of study can include Marketing, International Business, Communications, Sales/Account Management or related areas. Training is provided — attitude matters most.
