Your Internship Activities & Perspectives

  • Support the Sustainability team in reviewing internal and external sustainability reports and prioritizing areas of engagement
  • Study EU regulations and implication on Sweden & Nordics. Support compliance projects
  • Analyze the regulatory framework and standards for sustainability in the country and understand their impact on the business
  • Collaborate with the sustainability team on research and advisory services related to strategy, organization and processes for sustainable value chains, impact measurement, data analysis
  • Understand SDG goals and related priorities for TCS Sweden
  • Support coordination of Sustainability initiatives within TCS and its Customers
  • Support the development of Sustainability focussed business and technology experiences in TCS Stockholm Pace Studio (i.e. TCS Innovation Hub)
  • Prepare research papers and business presentations for Sales and Account teams
  • Study industry-specific initiatives and assist team with market development
  • Prepare research papers and business presentations
  • Profile, Prepare and Participate in relevant Sustainability conferences on topics such as energy transition, circular economy, food and biodiversity, etc.

Your Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
  • Experience in the field of sustainability gained through project work, internships or extracurricular activities
  • Understanding of key sustainability issues in the country and in key industries
  • Enthusiasm and Experience in digital technologies: GenAI, Low-Code programming technology to create simulations and use cases
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Passion for personal and professional development related to the SDGs
  • Organizational talent and coordination skills
  • Openness to an international working environment
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Business fluent in English and Swedish
  • Availability for more than 6 months
