Your mission:
As a CRM Specialist, you'll play a central role in shaping Sleep Cycle's customer relationships — driving growth, improving engagement, and fostering long-term connections with our users. You'll use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and ensure every user benefits from what Sleep Cycle has to offer.
Your key responsibilities:
Establish best practices for CRM automation, building and optimizing data-driven campaigns in Braze and HubSpot that support the full customer lifecycle - from acquisition through retention.
Analyze performance data from campaigns and experiments. Base strategic decisions on measurable results to improve CRM outcomes across marketing and sales initiatives.
Monitor campaign-specific KPIs and understand their contribution to Sleep Cycle's overall growth targets. Adjust strategies to maximize impact on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including marketing, sales, analytics, and product to develop and implement effective, data-driven CRM strategies aimed at driving higher conversion rates from free to paying users, increasing customer lifetime value, and boosting overall revenue growth.
Stay informed about global CRM, marketing, and sales automation trends, adopting best practices and innovative approaches to drive user engagement, conversion, and retention.
Track external benchmarks and market trends, including churn patterns and customer behavior shifts, to inform strategy.
Ensure Sleep Cycle's CRM efforts comply with relevant data protection and email marketing legislation across key markets, including the US, EU, Japan, Brazil, and others. Maintain high standards for email consent, privacy, deliverability, and list health to maximize engagement and trust.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience working with CRM platforms, especially Braze and HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention, and growth strategies.
Experience working in cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.
Nice to have:
Experience with segmentation and analysis through Amplitude
Exposure to A/B testing and optimization for CRM campaigns.
Passion for understanding user behavior and improving customer experience.
Familiarity with global compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, APPI, LGPD) is a strong advantage.
Experience in mobile apps
Experience in health/wellness tech
