Job duties
In your role, you will, together with stream leads and global process owners, be an important part of the BRIM project and support end users and project management. You will also work closely with our outsourcing partner as well as with other internal units within the customer. The role primarily involves working with:
- To develop relevant test cases together with the business.
- To support the business in and also be involved in the execution of tests.
- To ensure that deviations and defects are followed up.
- To provide support to the business during the hypercare period.
- To be a bridge between the business and consultants who build the system.
- To be able to follow up on the business's requirements and be a strong driving force in ensuring that these are realized.
- To support work with education and educational materials.
We are looking for you with
- Relevant academic education in economics.
- Extensive experience in testing when implementing new IT and/or business systems.
- Good knowledge and system understanding of SAP S4/Hana.
- Good understanding of billing and customer master data processes within OTC.
- Experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)
- Experience in running and coordinating projects.
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
