Quality Assurance Test Lead

The team is growing and looking for a QA / Test Lead. Someone who can guide development teams, improve test strategy, and raise the bar for delivery in an agile environment.

The Role

You will work closely with development teams at client sites, shaping how testing and quality assurance are done. The work spans from defining strategy and coordinating test efforts to refining QA processes and supporting hands-on testing when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement test strategies that scale.
  • Coordinate and oversee all QA activities across teams and systems.
  • Establish clear reporting, follow-up, and quality metrics.
  • Drive automation initiatives and support continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to improve delivery flows.
  • Support SAP-related testing, integrations, and release validation across modules.

Core Experience

  • Proven experience leading testing in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Background in both
    manual and automated testing
    .
  • Experience testing
    integrations across multiple systems
    , including
    SAP landscapes
    .
  • ISTQB certification
    (Foundation or Advanced).
  • Skilled in
    writing, maintaining, and executing
    test cases.

Tools & Technologies

  • Jira or other agile tools
  • Zephyr, Xray, or similar test management systems
  • CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
