TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The role

TOTEME is looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Stockholm team. You will ensure the quality and usability of our core business systems through test coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on testing across platforms such as our OMS, ecommerce site, ERP, POS, and internal tools. You'll also support teams in their daily system use, contribute to scoping and planning, occasionally coordinate smaller tech projects, and help drive user adoption through training. The role reports to the Head of Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on testing for new technology initiatives and existing tools, including test planning, writing test cases, and conducting manual testing across integrations.
• Act as the QA point of contact in cross-functional projects. Coordinate testing activities with tech and business stakeholders.
• Champion best practices in QA and contribute to building a strong testing culture within the tech team.
• Support end users with system-related questions and issues to improve daily workflows.
• Deliver training and onboarding sessions for new tools, features, and systems.
• Support agile ways of working by helping with early scoping, requirement clarification, and coordination of smaller tech initiatives.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, such as guides, process flows, and training materials.
• Continuously assess and improve QA processes to ensure scalable and efficient testing.
• Explore opportunities for test automation together with developers and tech leads.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your profile

• Experience in quality assurance, software testing, or technical support, with a solid understanding of QA methodologies.
• Comfortable working hands-on with testing across multiple systems (e.g., OMS, POS, ecommerce platforms).
• Comfortable supporting business users and facilitating user testing and training.
• Familiar with tools like Azure DevOps and interested in developing test automation and improving processes.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or ecommerce tech is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
