Om rollen

Som VD har du det övergripande strategiska ansvaret för hela bolagets verksamhet. Du leder arbetet genom verksamhetschefer och samordnar interna funktioner inom ekonomi och administration. Du rapporterar till styrelsen och säkerställer att bolagets mål och ägardirektiv uppnås genom effektiva och hållbara insatser.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

  • Utforma och implementera bolagets vision, strategi och affärsplaner i linje med kommunens mål. Genomföra långsiktiga analyser och anpassa verksamheten till energibranschens utveckling och säkerhetskrav.

  • Leda och samordna verksamheten inom elnät, fjärrvärme och stadsnät. Säkerställa effektiv drift, kundfokus och efterlevnad av lagar och regler.

  • Utöva ett inkluderande och tydligt ledarskap. Utveckla ledningsgruppen och medarbetarna genom coachning och kompetensutveckling.

  • Företräda bolaget externt och samverka med kommun, kunder, leverantörer och branschnätverk. Hålla dig uppdaterad om politiska beslut och omvärldsfaktorer som påverkar verksamheten.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har en strategisk och analytisk förmåga och kan identifiera trender i omvärlden samt fatta välgrundade beslut för framtiden. Du är en kommunikativ och trygg ledare som bygger förtroende genom öppen dialog och samverkan. Med din helhetssyn kan du balansera olika intressenters behov och kombinera kortsiktiga krav med långsiktig utveckling. Du är resultatorienterad och beslutsam, samtidigt som du är flexibel och lösningsorienterad och har förmågan att växla mellan strategiska frågor och operativa detaljer.

Kvalifikationer

  • Relevant akademisk examen eller annan utbildning arbetsgivaren bedömer som relevant för tjänsten.

  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda på strategisk nivå i en politiskt styrd organisation.

  • Gedigen erfarenhet av ekonomistyrning, finansiell analys och strategisk beslutsfattning.

  • Erfarenhet från energibranschen är meriterande.

  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, i tal och skrift.

  • B-körkort
