Natlink is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to strengthen how we bring our products to market from positioning and messaging to launches and ongoing adoption. Based in the marketing team, you'll act as the bridge between Product and Sales, ensuring that what we build is clearly understood, effectively communicated, and widely adopted.

In this role, you'll turn complex product updates into clear customer value, plan impactful launches, and continuously improve how our products are presented and experienced in the market. It's a mix of analysis, coordination, and storytelling to connect business goals with customer needs through structured execution.

Key responsibilities


•       Own the go-to-market process for product launches from planning to measurement.


•       Translate product and tech features into customer-facing value propositions and clear messaging.


•       Develop launch materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, FAQs, and onboarding content.


•       Drive user adoption of new and existing features by creating educational contents and in-app messages.


•       Write concise and compelling product copy for web, app, emails, and marketing assets.


•       Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure new products and feature releases are planned for and communicated consistently


•       Run customer interviews and surveys to gather insights that inform product positioning and messaging.


•       Conduct competitive and market analyses to support differentiation and pricing discussions.


•       Support Sales and Product with enablement materials and training content.


•       Track and report on launch outcomes, including adoption, engagement, and feedback.


•       Ensure consistent product communication across all touchpoints internal and external.

•       Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product management.


•       Strong commercial acumen understanding how product positioning drives business results.


•       Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.


•       Analytical mindset able to use data and feedback to guide messaging and priorities.


•       Experience managing cross-functional projects across marketing, product, and sales teams.


•       Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.


•       Strong sense of ownership, quality, and attention to detail in everything you deliver.
