We are looking for a
Product Manager
to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will drive new product development from concept to launch, manage and optimize our existing portfolio, and collaborate closely with professional hairdressers and cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs. You will take ownership of product performance, lead key initiatives, and contribute to shaping the brand's long-term strategy. You will report to the Senior Product Manager.
What you'll do
- Lead new product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and innovation to identify new opportunities and guide product strategy.
- Manage the product portfolio, driving performance optimization and continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales data, market performance, and profitability to inform decisions, identify growth drivers, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with professional hairdressers to gather insights, validate concepts, and oversee product testing.
- Oversee operational execution, including product documentation, packaging development, timelines, data accuracy, samples, and logistics.
Who you are
- Degree in business, marketing, product development, or similar.
- Previous experience in product development within beauty (min. 3 years), preferably from a global organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess performance, and support data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English (Swedish not required).
- Organized multitasker with strong project management skills.
- Service-oriented, humble, and hands-on.
- Curious, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Naturally passionate about what's next in beauty – spotting, sharing, and shaping new trends
