Senior Manager, Channel Marketing Production

This role is based at the Marshall Group HQ in Stockholm with a minimum of 3 days a week working from the office.

What you'll do:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Channel Marketing Production to own the global production and logistics of retail displays, Point of Sale (POS), and Gift with Purchase materials. In this role, you will ensure seamless and efficient execution from prototype development through mass production—delivering best-in-class retail storytelling across key markets.

You will collaborate closely with our in-house creative team, marketing, and external production partners to bring concepts to life, while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of all retail assets worldwide.

Prototype & Production Development

• Collaborate with the in-house creative team on prototype development for retail displays and POS assets
• Own the full mass-production process and allocation of all retail displays, POS materials, Gift with Purchase items and give-aways

Retail Playbooks & Asset Management

• Maintain and update retail playbooks and POS catalogues in partnership with in-house creative
• Ensure asset adaptations and information are delivered accurately to local markets

Logistics, Distribution & Operations

• Manage logistics and distribution planning, coordinating shipping, tracking, and delivery of all displays with internal teams
• Ensure on-time delivery of finished POS assets to warehouses and retail/agency locations globally
• Track and report on production milestones, ensuring alignment with budgets and timeline constraints.

Vendor & Market Collaboration

• Work closely with external vendors and production partners to secure high-quality, smooth manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with local channel marketing teams to ensure production aligns with market-specific needs

Process Optimization & Reporting

• Drive continuous improvements in production processes to increase cost efficiency and execution speed
• Provide final tracking and reporting on delivery and execution to key stakeholders

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for a structured, detail-oriented professional with experience in POS production preferably on a global-scale. You ideally have a background in production, manufacturing, logistics or supply chain management, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

• 4+ years of experience in production of POS displays or retail display solutions
• Solid Channel Marketing experience across digital and physical channels with high focus on digital transformation in the consumer purchase journey
• Strong production management and organizational skills
• Experience working with external production agencies and logistics teams
• Knowledge of global logistics and supply chain processes is to prefer
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across different regions
• Strong communication skills to liaise between internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners
