About The Role
As a
Senior Product Marketing Manager
, you will play a critical role in shaping how Hive's products are positioned in the market and understood by our customers. You will own go-to-market success, ensuring that our innovations resonate with enterprise buyers and users alike. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll collaborate with Product Development, Sales and Solution Engineering, to tell a compelling story of Hive's value and impact. You will be part of the Global Marketing function and directly report to the Head of Global Marketing, with a dotted line reporting relationship with Chief Product Officer.

Working As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, You Will

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches, feature rollouts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and market throughout the product lifecycle; bringing insights from research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform product positioning and differentiation opportunities
  • Craft differentiated messaging and positioning frameworks that articulate Hive's unique value across channels, in line with Hive's growth plays.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Solution Engineering to create impactful enablement tools (such as sales decks, battlecards, or customer-facing teams training).
  • Develop and showcase customer stories and advocacy, amplifying customer impact internally and externally.
  • Ensure Hive's website, campaigns, and collateral reflect our value proposition in a clear, consistent, and engaging way
  • Continuously align Product Marketing priorities and deliveries to the Global Marketing roadmap.

Although Product Marketing is the core responsibility, the Global Marketing Team works with a T-shaped mindset, combining specialist expertise with broad marketing knowledge to adapt and provide support across the wider marketing function as priorities shift.

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant area, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant professional experience within product marketing in B2B technology or enterprise software (approximately 5+ years).
  • Proven ability to own go-to-market strategy and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complexity and tell compelling product stories.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs, buyer journeys, and industry trends.
  • Skilled in market research, competitive analysis, and turning insights into actionable plans.
  • Comfortable communicating for impact and collaborating across functions and influencing at all levels.
  • A foundational understanding of customer centric and outcome-driven product development practices.
