About the Role
We're looking for a commercially driven Account Manager with a strong background in account management, business development, and customer retention. In this role, you'll proactively strengthen and grow existing customer relationships while ensuring long-term success. You'll act as a strategic advisor, helping customers achieve measurable outcomes through Winningtemp — ultimately driving engagement and business impact.
This position is based in Gothenburg, where you'll work closely with a team dedicated to supporting and developing customer relationships. You'll play a key role in helping our customers integrate and utilize Winningtemp to boost employee engagement and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving customer engagement from the moment they join Winningtemp. While our dedicated Advisory and Delivery team leads the onboarding and training processes, you'll collaborate closely with them to ensure a smooth transition and set the foundation for long-term success.
Your focus will be on building strong relationships with key stakeholders — including C-level executives and HR leaders — and positioning Winningtemp as a strategic partner. You'll identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
By analyzing customer data and usage patterns, you'll provide insights and recommendations that support business impact and strengthen customer loyalty. You'll also be responsible for identifying risks early, using a data-driven approach to mitigate challenges and secure long-term success.
You'll own and drive renewal and expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio, executing retention strategies and maximizing value for each customer. Your work will be central to Winningtemp's continued growth and customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a commercially minded professional with a talent for identifying opportunities, driving customer engagement, and building long-term relationships. You have a consultative approach, experience in managing and growing customer accounts, and a proven track record of delivering business growth and high retention.
You're confident in analyzing data, spotting trends, and making data-driven recommendations. You're also a strong communicator who can inspire and guide customers to get the most out of our platform.

Competencies and Qualifications
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least three years of experience in a customer-oriented B2B role, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or a related field
- Proven track record in key account management, business development, or customer success, with experience in driving growth and retention
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing renewals and retention strategies, ensuring long-term customer relationships and reducing churn
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience using customer data to drive decisions and improve adoption
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
