We are partnering with a leading international organization in the
HR-tech and employer branding space
to find an experienced
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute a global marketing strategy for a well-established brand with a strong international footprint.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a
    high-performing marketing team
    and manage external partners.
  • Drive
    digital marketing initiatives
    across SEO/SEM, performance marketing, content, automation, and social media.
  • Ensure
    world-class brand communication
    and storytelling across global channels.
  • Collaborate closely with
    sales and product teams
    to boost lead generation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Initiate
    creative campaigns and partnerships
    that strengthen the brand's international position.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    digital marketing
    (SEO/SEM, automation, performance marketing).
  • Strong
    leadership and team management
    background.
  • Previous experience in
    SaaS, B2B, or consulting
    environments.
  • Fluency in
    Swedish and English
    .

Nice to have:

  • Background in

  • Experience with
    data-driven marketing
    and global campaigns.
