About the position

Madd Woo AB is seeking a full-time Chief Marketing Officer to lead and execute the company's marketing, content, and communication activities.

This is a hybrid strategic and operational role that combines marketing leadership with hands-on content production and social media management.

Main responsibilities:

– Develop and manage the company's social media channels, including strategy, content planning, posting, and analytics.

– Produce, capture, and edit photo and video content for use on digital platforms and in campaigns.

– Manage advertising and marketing content production, including coordination with creative partners.

– Conduct research on new advertising and social media strategies and assist in campaign development.

– Handle communication related to marketing activities, including partnerships and press coordination.

– Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events and travel when needed, including trips to San Francisco for marketing-related activities.

Terms of employment:

– Employment type: Permanent, full-time

– Working hours: 50 hours per week

– Monthly salary (before tax): SEK 48,000

– Location: Stockholm, Sweden (with travel required)

– Start date: May 2026 or as agreed

– Benefits: Standard Swedish employment benefits including pension, insurance, and paid vacation in accordance with Swedish law.

This position requires excellent English communication skills and a strong ability to balance strategic marketing initiatives with creative, hands-on content creation.
