Your role

As an Implementation Engineer, you will working forward deployed with our customers. We believe that for us to be truly successful, and for our customers to get the true value of AI, we need to integrate our platform deep into our customers existing infrastructure. This is where you come in.

You will work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements, deploy our platform, and build custom integrations that ensure our AI capabilities become an integral part of their day to day.

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • You possess strong technical skills with experience in enterprise infrastructure, APIs, and integration patterns
  • You're a problem solver who thrives on tackling complex technical challenges
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, with additional European languages being a strong plus
  • You're passionate about AI and its practical applications in solving real business problems
  • You're willing to travel in order to fulfill your responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers successfully deploy and adopt our platform. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and our ability to embed our solution. This includes:

  • Be a part of the sales process, providing technical support to prospective customers
  • Deploy and integrate our platform in customer environments, working with their existing systems and infrastructure
  • Build custom integrations and solutions tailored to specific customer needs
  • Provide technical support to customers throughout the implementation process
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve our platform based on real-world deployment experience
