About The Role
Instabee is seeking a commercially-minded, tech-savy, and hands-on Implementation Associate to join our global team This role focuses on enabling technical integrations & enhancements that directly impact our commercial offering and strengthen our relationships with merchants and consumers. You will play a crucial role in enabling and continuously improving our merchant offerings via API integrations, ensuring an optimized experience for end users through seamless collaboration with our merchant counterparts.

What You'll Do
You will be at the forefront of driving commercial and integration excellence to our new sales accounts, working cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance our service offering and technical onboarding processes. By combining strong collaboration with commercial, product, tech, and operations teams, you will lead efforts to simplify complex challenges, creating a superior experience for both our merchants and their customers when going live with our services.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Main owner of new merchant integrations in the Nordics, driving commercial, integration & product excellence and an unmatched merchant experience during onboarding.
• Analyzing data to monitor commercial and technical performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and leveraging Instabee's strengths against competitors.
• Enhancing communication flows between Instabee and merchants to reduce integration lead times and elevate our offering during the integration phase.
• Supporting new sales by coordinating operational and integration set-ups that ensure successful launches and by contributing to negotiations with strategic product insights.
• Building partnerships with merchants by joining key meetings to validate improvement hypotheses and drive tailored, impactful solutions.

More About You

• A university degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in any technical related field, growth management, or commercial excellence.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and impactful solutions.
• Experience working with Postman/ API platforms.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities to inspire and influence, in Swedish and English (speaking additional nordic languages is a big plus).
• Commercial mindset and a passion for enhancing the customer and merchant journey.
• Located in Stockholm, Sweden (This is an office first position)
• Frequent user of Instabox or Budbee services is a bonus
