Your Role
As an Implementation Engineer Lead, you will be leading our forward deployment efforts, both technically and strategically. We believe that for us to be truly successful, and for our customers to get the true value of AI, we need to integrate our platform deep into our customers existing infrastructure. This is where you come in.

You will be leading this effort, both in terms of what we need technically, but also operationally. You will, together with senior management, build up the organisation of implementation engineers, in multiple countries and markets, in order for us to take the next step.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
  • You possess strong leadership abilities and have experience building or managing technical teams
  • You have deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including security protocols and integration patterns
  • You thrive in ambiguous environments and can build processes from the ground up
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, with additional European languages being a strong plus
  • You're passionate about AI and its practical applications in solving real business problems
  • You have experience working with public sector or highly regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government)
  • You're willing to travel in order to fulfill your responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
You will be a key player in forming a new team, both driving successful technical deployments and building scalable implementation processes. This can be condensed down to three key responsibilities:

  • Deploy and embed our platform in customer environments, using both pre-built integrations and custom tailor-made solutions
  • Make this process scalable
  • Build and scale the implementation engineering team across multiple countries and markets
