LKAB Minerals was founded in 1989 to develop products and applications outside the steel industry and to maximise the resource efficiency of what is mined. We have deposits, processing facilities, and offices in 12 countries, offering over 30 different minerals into hundreds of applications.
Your role
As ABM Manager, you will lead the development and execution of global Account-Based Marketing initiatives across regions in close collaboration with the Business Area Director and cross-functional teams. You will drive high-impact, personalized campaigns across international markets – balancing global brand consistency with local relevance.
This role offers strong strategic visibility, working directly with senior leaders to ensure ABM programs align with business goals and long-term growth. By combining account insights, data-driven experimentation, and multi-channel execution, you'll turn business priorities into targeted programs that deepen customer relationships and support sustainable growth.
You will be part of the central marketing function, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for LKAB Minerals. You can be based in either Sweden, the UK, the Netherlands, or Germany.

In Addition, We Think You Have
- At least a few years in B2B marketing, with relevant experience in in ABM, growth, or strategic account marketing.
- Experience supporting or executing ABM programs across international markets.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in marketing analytics, ROI tracking, and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven ability to collaborate with commercial leaders, technical experts, and executives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
- Fluent English skills; multilingual skills are a strong plus
