About the role

As a Sales Manager at Wolt, you'll be at the forefront of our growth and we want you to be our deal-closer towards restaurants, retailers, and other local businesses. You'll identify potential partners, pitch the value of Wolt, and work closely with merchants to onboard them successfully onto our platform.

With solid product knowledge, you will clearly communicate how Wolt can strengthen businesses and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. In addition, you will work closely with other internal departments to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and support.

We are looking for a driven and experienced sales professional who is eager to take their career to the next level through hands-on sales success. At Wolt, ambition and impact matter most – and we believe your personality, track record, and ability to build strong relationships will define your success.

This role is ideal for someone who has already demonstrated strong results in B2B sales and is excited to keep pushing for growth: building pipelines, closing deals, and exceeding targets.

What you'll be doing: 
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close partnerships with key merchants across multiple verticals (restaurants, retail, grocery.
  • Drive and lead complex sales cycles with senior decision-makers
  • Shape sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities in the market
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth partner onboarding and long-term success
  • Mentor and support junior sales colleagues by sharing best practices and expertise
Our humble expectations
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or related industries
  • Proven track record in closing complex deals and achieving ambitious sales targets
  • Excellent command of Swedish and English. Fluency in another language is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Sweden, including overnight stays (up to 75% of working time)
  • A driver's license is not required, but considered a strong plus
