About The Role
As a Category Sourcing Manager at Tobii Dynavox, you will be part of our global Sourcing team, a group function supporting all business units and affiliate companies worldwide. The team manages external vendor relationships, drives best-in-class supplier management and sourcing processes, and secures optimal terms for both project and strategic sourcing.

In this role, you will focus on category and supplier management with an emphasis on software sourcing
(indirect)
. You will coordinate indirect sourcing activities, manage and optimize software-related agreements (including enterprise licenses, SaaS, and digital tools), and ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
Collaboration
with various departments and key stakeholders will be central to your success.

Please note:
This is a
full-time, hybrid
role, 1–3 days/week in our Stockholm office (Östermalm) with flexible working hours. The role includes
occasional (10%)
domestic or international travel which will be communicated weeks in advance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading sourcing activities including enterprise software licenses and SaaS.
• Negotiating and managing software agreements, ensuring cost optimization, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Running RFx processes to identify, evaluate, and select the best IT and software suppliers.
• Follow-up on cost and spent to plan with stakeholders.
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and contractual compliance.
• Developing and implementing supplier governance frameworks to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with Dynavox Group's procurement policies, data security, and software license regulations.
• Staying updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and software procurement best practices.

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an autonomous organized, proactive and process-oriented sourcing professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment where adaptability and problem-solving are essential.

We are looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management role within IT, software, or technology.
• Experience managing software license agreements and SaaS contracts, running RFx processes and supplier evaluations with understanding of procurement methods, contract management, risk assessment, and supplier governance.
• Strong negotiation skills — comfortable asking the right questions and challenging assumptions constructively.
• Commercial awareness, service mindset and analytical skills to identify cost savings opportunities and evaluate supplier performance while ensuring high service quality.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions and cultures.
• Communication skills in English (both written and spoken) and adaptability skills to communicate both with internal and external stakeholders clearly. Proficiency in German language is a plus.
