You will be part of initiatives aiming for improvements – influence decisions, challenge established patterns, inspire others and set new standards for sourcing excellence. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy influencing stakeholders, and to drive change, this is your opportunity.

You report to Global Category Manager.

To succeed, you will need

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging in complex and challenging discussions.
  • Resilience and adaptability to navigate ambiguity, change, and evolving business landscapes effectively.
  • High ethical standards combined with a collaborative and inclusive working style.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement — we value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.
