As a senior contributor to the Pega Sales Consulting team, you will collaborate with client executives, product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups to ensure the successful execution of sales strategy with key enterprise clients. Our senior solutions consultants combine solid technical sophistication with extensive enterprise knowledge and customer centricity

• Lead complex technical presentations and solution architecture discussions with stakeholders at various organizational levels including C-level executives and senior IT leaders  

• Design and deliver sophisticated product demonstrations showcasing Pega's capabilities across work flow automation

• Help our fortune 500 enterprises achieve strategic business goals by streamlining mission-critical operations

• Analyze complex challenges and evaluate how Pega's technology can drive meaningful business value and significant ROI

• Strategic thought leader with proven ability to design and present complex solution architectures , combined with executive-level communication skills to build relationships with senior stakeholders across business and IT
• Would be great if you have experience in financial services software implementations, solution architecture, regulatory compliance systems, and enterprise transformation projects within financial services and insurance
• Background in diverse SAP environments-from BTP and ECC to S/4HANA and other enterprise level solutions-covering different domains and processes would also be advantageous

• Led senior-level engagements with enterprise level clients to develop customer-specific solutions addressing complex challenges

• Delivered comprehensive POCs and executive-level demonstrations showcasing complex solutions, and educated C-suite customers on transformational capabilities

• 8+ years of thought leadership in technology and digital transformation

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing, selling, and implementing enterprise software solutions ideally within the financial services sector

• Proven track record of engaging with senior executives at major institutions and driving complex sales cycles to successful closure
