CatalystOne Engage is expanding rapidly , with more customers choosing us to unlock valuable employee insights. To support this growth, we're now looking for our next Engage Solutions Consultant, a key expert in helping our existing customers grow, evolve, and continuously extract more value from CatalystOne Engage.

We partner with renowned companies like Stadium, Clas Ohlson, Peab, Vattenfall, SJ, XXL, KTH, and many others. If you're excited about supporting organisations in their long-term employee engagement journey and driving meaningful change, we'd love to have you as our next Engage Solution Consultant.

As an Engage Solutions Consultant, your focus will be on helping existing CatalystOne Engage customers maximize the long-term value of the platform. You will be a trusted advisor, supporting customers with insights, recommendations, best practices, expert analysis, and ongoing strategic guidance, helping your customers evolve their employee engagement practices over time.

• Will build deep knowledge of each customer's organisation, culture, and goals, allowing you to provide relevant insights and strategic guidance.

• Will deliver expert-level professional services, providing advanced guidance and analysis that help customers interpret engagement insights, challenge existing ways of working, and drive meaningful organisational improvements to maximize the value of CatalystOne Engage.

• Will proactively suggest improvements and new ways of working that help customers drive higher adoption, better dialogue, and stronger organisational impact.

• Will be a super user of CatalystOne Engage, knowing the platform thoroughly (including upcoming functionality), enabling you to provide smart recommendations and creative solutions.

• Will act as the "stethoscope" listening to customer needs and trends, feeding valuable insights into the product organisation to help shape future development.

We're seeking an experienced Consultant with a strong background in employee engagement and a proven ability to advise and support organisations in developing their people and culture practices. Ideally, you have worked with larger organisations and are comfortable guiding leaders in interpreting insights and driving meaningful improvements, but we're open to candidates with diverse and relevant experience.

• Experience delivering professional services, such as advisory work, workshops, analysis, or organisational development

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise your contributions across multiple customer contexts

• A genuine interest in understanding how different organisations operate and what makes them unique

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights

• Excellent attention to detail, combined with the ability to keep the broader strategy in mind

• Fluency in Swedish/Norwegian and English (Finnish or Danish is a strong advantage)

• The ability to communicate complex topics simply and clearly, with warmth, patience, and professionalism

• A natural drive to go above and beyond to make customers successful, supported by a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
