People Technology – Business Analyst

Munters is on a strong growth journey, growing both organically and through acquisitions. Our People Technology function is evolving to support this growth with scalable, future-ready HR technology.

We are now looking for a
Business Analyst with a focus on Workday integrations, reporting & dashboards, and access management/security
to join our global People Technology team.

Not everything is in place yet – and that is exactly why this role matters. You will help shape structures, ways of working, and solutions that can grow with the organization.

You will be based in Kista, Sweden, work in a hybrid setup, and report to the People Technology Director, also based in Kista.

The Role – What You Will Own
In this role, you will work at the intersection of HR, data, and technology, with focused responsibility for:

• Integrations between Workday and other systems
• Workday reporting and dashboards
• Workday access management and security setup

You will act as a functional lead within these areas, owning direction, structure, documentation, coordination, and business alignment.

Advanced technical configuration will be delivered together with external partners, while you ensure that solutions are well designed, scalable, and create real business value.

You do not need to be an expert in all areas – we are looking for a solid foundation, strong curiosity, and a willingness to grow into and with the role.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, scalable Workday solutions.
• Collaborate primarily with IT, People Analytics, the People Technology team, and HR business leaders, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
• Coordinate and drive initiatives and projects within integrations, reporting, and security, together with stakeholders and external partners.
• Strengthen reporting, dashboards, and data usage, making insights easier to access and understand across the organization.
• Drive a structured and business-aligned approach to access management and security.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve end-to-end system flows.
• Create clarity through documentation, structure, and communication, making complex system logic easy to understand.
• Continuously challenge existing setups and contribute to new, scalable ways of working.

• You enjoy thinking in new ways, building better ways of working, and solving problems together with stakeholders.
• You have an understanding of HR data, HR processes, and HR digitalization, and how technology can create business value.
• You have experience working with Workday or a similar HCM system; Workday configuration experience is highly valued.
• You have a baseline, cross-functional understanding of integrations, reporting, and security, and how these areas connect.
• You are structured, enjoy working in projects, and can coordinate initiatives end-to-end.
• You may come from a broad HRIS, Analyst or HR Tech role – years of experience are less important than your mindset and approach.
• You are solution-oriented, curious, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders globally.
• You are fluent in English, as it is the corporate language.

If you come from an HRIS background, this role allows you to use your system understanding in a broader, cross-functional context and play an important role in strengthening data literacy at Munters.
