Learn more at and on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).Job DescriptionIn this role you would be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology proposal and evaluation stage for a wide range of industrial applications.This involves working with customers, sales teams, and product development teams to identify key opportunities, provide technical support and position the best solutions tailored to customer needs. The FAE must be able to identify customer system requirements and work closely with Analog Devices Business Units and Systems Engineering. You will take ownership for driving the resolution of all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the design in sales process. The FAE must be able to build trust and establish and maintain strong relationships with customers as well as ADI internal Business Units. You would need to invest in your product and system level knowledge on an ongoing basis through the various training and development opportunities.RequirementsDevelop and maintain expert knowledge level for wide range of industrial systemsListen, understand and convey customer requirementsProvide design and development support to customersResolve customer issues or difficultiesRespond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFQsIdentify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growthAssist in the definition, design and development of new products and toolsWork closely with sales and peer FAEs to develop/maintain customer relationshipsQualifications And Skills RequiredBS/MS in Electrical/Electronic EngineeringWork experience >5 years in engineering and/or semiconductorsGood understanding of industrial systems, including motor drive and/or roboticsA solid understanding of electric control systems and analog semiconductor applicationsExcellent understanding of power circuitsStrong problem-solving skillsTeam player with a social natureSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyCurious nature and willingness to challenge the status QuoStrong communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsProven customer project management skillsAvailable for travel 50%Driver license requiredLanguages: English (min.
