Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic, self-driven Sales Representative whose
sole focus
will be selling shoes from the Bafarad collection directly to private customers. You'll reach out via
in-person meetings
(where possible),
email
, and
social media
only. No cold-calling required.

You'll build your own leads, manage outreach campaigns, and convert interest into sales. You'll also help spread the brand's story and values in each interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a pipeline of private customers interested in premium sneakers
  • Prospect potential buyers via email and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Where feasible and safe, meet with potential customers in person for showings, fittings, or events
  • Design and send email campaigns / messages to generate interest and close sales
  • Consistently follow up and nurture leads until conversion
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales and outreach targets
  • Provide feedback from customers to help refine messaging / product fit
