Role Overview

We are seeking our first Sales Executive to lead Clinvvo's commercial expansion across Sweden and the Nordics. The right candidate will grow into the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role is ideal for someone who has done a zero to one journey in a software business on the sales side in B2B SaaS. Ideal candidates will also have healthcare sales experience. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with clinics and healthcare providers, and driving end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing. You are the first hire in our sales organisation and this gives immense freedom to craft your own playbook - as long as it converts into deals

Key Requirements

  • Success in B2B SaaS sales from zero-to-one, ideally with healthcare providers and clinics.
  • Go-getter who hunts new business, closes complex deals, and builds relationships from scratch.
  • Self-starter; owns playbook, adapts fast, thrives in startup settings.
  • Knows SaaS, healthcare workflows, and speaks Swedish and English.
  • Willing to travel across the Nordics.

Responsibilities

  • Zero to one journey for building sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Proactively hunt, pursue and close new deals with clinics and healthcare providers.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: generate leads, pitch, negotiate, win.
  • Own and evolve your sales playbook; create opportunities through creative hustle.
  • Build lasting relationships while operating with a self-starting, go-getter mindset.
