AI Sales Executive

We're looking for a world-class AI Sales Executive to join our high-performance sales team, the spearhead of our growth engine. Your focus is winning new business, from the first outreach to the signed deal. You'll prospect intelligently, lead sharp discovery calls, and run complex consultative sales processes with C-level decision-makers. Every deal you close fuels our mission and shapes the next era of AI-powered growth. This is strategic, consultative selling at the highest level.
You'll be supported by a high-performing team of solution engineers and go-to-market colleagues, but you own the outcome. Success in this role requires more than hitting quota, it requires curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect the dots between a customer's problems and the potential of Upsales AI.
This is a role for someone who wants to sell at the highest level, who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance teams, and who's motivated by the chance to help reshape how companies grow.
What You'll Do- Drive end-to-end new business. From prospecting to negotiation and close.
- Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns toward key verticals and segments.
- Engage with CEOs, CROs, and other revenue leaders to identify growth opportunities.
- Position Upsales AI as a must-have platform for data-driven sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and solution engineers to craft winning proposals.
- Build a strong, predictable pipeline, and consistently exceed your targets.
You're a natural hunter. Energetic, curious, and obsessed with growth. You love creating opportunities, building relationships fast, and closing deals even faster.
- At least 5 years of experience in new business complex software sales (SaaS or AI/tech preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding quota through outbound and full-cycle selling.
- Strong commercial instinct and the ability to translate business problems into value.
- Technical understanding and curiosity for AI, data, and modern SaaS platforms.
- Confident engaging at C-level. From first call to signed contract.
- A team player who thrives in a high-performance culture and raises the bar for others.
- AI First Mindset. You treat tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI copilots as force multipliers. You're relentlessly curious about new capabilities, and you push the limits of what's possible, turning AI into a competitive advantage for yourself.
