Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Business Development to play a central role in driving strategic growth. The position focuses on identifying new opportunities, shaping market strategies, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives that strengthen the company's footprint and long-term value creation.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement growth strategies with a particular focus on new markets, formats, and opportunities. 
  • Lead the evaluation and execution of new business cases, including potential retail locations and strategic partnerships. 
  • Monitor market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes to guide decision-making. 
  • Negotiate with external stakeholders such as landlords, developers, and business partners. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, supply chain, marketing) to ensure smooth launches and sustainable operations. 
  • Build strong external relationships to support the company's strategic development. 
  • Track and optimize the performance of new initiatives.

Background and experience:
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree
  • Solid background in business development, expansion, or related roles within FMCG or consumer-facing industries.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies. 
  • Skilled in negotiations and stakeholder management. 
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to move seamlessly from planning to execution. 
  • International experience is required. 
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
