About the role

Paradox Interactive is looking for a BI Developer for a 6-month assignment, starting in early 2026.
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.

In this role, you will work with user-level and product-level data to develop new datasets, create dashboards, and deliver insights that support decision-making across the company. You'll collaborate closely with the BI team in two-week sprints, taking on tasks from a shared backlog and driving solution design independently, while receiving support when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of relevant experience

Strong SQL skills

Experience creating dashboards and KPIs

Interest in games or knowledge of digital distribution channels

High flexibility, tasks and data sources may vary day-to-day

Nice to have

Video game industry experience (highly meriting)

Experience working with consumer segmentation for sales or marketing

Experience with Tableau

Experience with Snowflake

Experience in FMCG and/or digital distribution
