Be part of a new force in strategic advisory, venture capital and private equity. Global Associates is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and capital-raising-driven
General Partner
to help build the next-generation global advisory and investment firm. You will play a central role in shaping our strategy, leading transactions, and developing relationships with investors and entrepreneurs.


About the Role

As a General Partner at Global Associates, you will:


• Lead sourcing, execution, and monitoring of Private Equity and M&A transactions


• Be a strategic key player in the long-term development of the firm


• Build and nurture relationships with LPs, investors, advisors, and portfolio companies


• Actively drive fundraising and represent the firm externally


• Build and lead high-performing teams within selected sectors or regions


• Hold P&L responsibility for selected mandates or business areas


• Fund Raising


We Are Looking for Candidates Who Have:


• 10+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A, or similar senior roles


• Proven track record of successful transactions and/or fundraising


• Strong network within the Nordic and/or European investment community


• Entrepreneurial profile with the ability to build, scale, and lead a business


• High integrity, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities


• Fluency in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is highly meriting
