The Opportunity

You will work directly with leading corporate and institutional clients on a variety of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, ECM transactions and divestitures, with a strong focus on green and sustainable finance. You will collaborate with senior colleagues, engage with decision-makers, be involved in all aspects of transactions and contribute to high-impact projects from CACIB's modern Nordic headoffice in the Mood District.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with companies in evaluating, structuring and recommending financial transactions.
  • Coordinate cross-border teams and oversee processes, analysis and transaction execution.
  • Build and manage client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions.
  • Conduct industry research and prepare analysis and presentations.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Support recruitment, training and employer branding.

Your Profile

  • Experience in corporate finance and investment banking, with a focus on M&A.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Experience with cross-border transactions and international teams.
  • Academic degree in finance or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.
