Are you ready to advance your career in a dynamic, international setting? Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank's (CACIB's) Corporate Finance team in Stockholm is expanding its Nordic platform and is looking for a Senior Associate or Vice President to join them.
The Opportunity
You will work directly with leading corporate and institutional clients on a variety of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, ECM transactions and divestitures, with a strong focus on green and sustainable finance. You will collaborate with senior colleagues, engage with decision-makers, be involved in all aspects of transactions and contribute to high-impact projects from CACIB's modern Nordic headoffice in the Mood District.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with companies in evaluating, structuring and recommending financial transactions.
- Coordinate cross-border teams and oversee processes, analysis and transaction execution.
- Build and manage client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Conduct industry research and prepare analysis and presentations.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Support recruitment, training and employer branding.
Your Profile
- Experience in corporate finance and investment banking, with a focus on M&A.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Experience with cross-border transactions and international teams.
- Academic degree in finance or a related field.
- Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.

- Ability to operate effectively in an international, multi-office environment.
