Som Production Manager ansvarar du för att leda och stötta det dagliga arbetet i produktionen. Du blir en nyckelperson som coachar operatörer, deltar i morgonmöten och säkerställer att verksamheten rullar effektivt och säkert. Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt med planering, förbättringar och samordning samtidigt som du finns nära teamet för att lösa utmaningar i realtid.

Dina ansvarsområdenEHS & arbetsmiljö

Genomföra veckovisa safety walks

Rapportera riskobservationer, tillbud och olyckor i TIA

Delta i skyddsronder och samordningsmöten

Introducera ny personal och säkerställa att rutiner följs

Bidra till implementering av 5S och systematiskt EHS-arbete

Produktion & driftledning

Hålla morgonmöten med både AT och operatörer

Planera, prioritera och följa upp det dagliga arbetet

Ge operativ support som felsökning, instruktioner och fordonsansvar

Stötta i inköp av reservdelar, verktyg och instrument

Hantera leverantörsbesök och samordning vid behov

Ansvara för fleet checks och uppföljning i Maximo/GSI

Administration & uppföljning

Följa upp rapportering och ärendehantering

Vara guide vid interna och externa besök

Genomföra veckovisa möten med skiftens team leaders

Hantera beställningar i Perfectbuy

Delta i implementeringen av APSYS
