Product Management Director

The Product Management Director plays a central role in shaping our signaling threat detection and security product strategy. This position leads the creation of a market leading portfolio, drives competitive differentiation and guides product development across Enea Network Security. The focus is simple, deliver products and services that win in the market and make a real impact for our customers. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.

Role and Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager is responsible for defining the product-market fit, delivering, and optimizing software and service products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role works closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate customer insights and company strategy into actionable product plans. The Product Manager ensures clarity, prioritization, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. This role is a in-office hybrid role, available in either Dublin, Ireland or Stockholm, Sweden.

Key responsibilities include:

• • Define the overarching product strategy using customer insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
• Define and prioritize product requirements using customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment between strategy, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver releases on schedule and within scope.
• Monitor product technical and financial performance and customer feedback to guide iterations that improve user experience and commercial outcomes.
• Represent the customer perspective in decision-making and ensure solutions meet key market needs.
• Drive go-to-market alignment, supporting positioning, launch activities, and internal understanding of product value.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, identifying new opportunities and balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Key Competences

• Product management: Definition of clear product goals and concrete product plans, with the understanding on how to achieve them.
• Deep knowledge in Signaling Networks and Security: 3GPP and Security attacks and protection techniques, including Artificial Intelligence.
• Customer Focus: You deeply understand customer problems and prioritize solutions that address real needs.
• Strong Execution: You define clear requirements, drive day-to-day progress, and deliver on commitments.
• Collaborative Approach: You work effectively across functions, align priorities, and help remove obstacles to keep the team moving forward.
• Analytical Mindset: You rely on data, evidence, and structured thinking to inform decisions.
• Clear Communication: You articulate goals, progress, and decisions in a straightforward and compelling way to stakeholders.
• Results Orientation: You consistently meet release targets and contribute to outcomes that strengthen business performance.

Education

• Relevant third level qualification in business, engineering, telecommunications, or related field.
• Additional training or certification in product management or agile methodologies is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or a similar role within B2B technology markets, preferably in telecom or network security.
• Track record of working closely with telecom and enterprise customers and sales teams to understand complex technical and commercial requirements.
• Experience translating customer and market needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable results.
• Strong technical background in networking and/or cybersecurity (technologies, ecosystem, etc.)
• Background collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to support product delivery and go to market activities.
