Product Director

About the role 

We're looking for an experienced and visionary Product Director to lead how we drive product development across Instabee. In this role, you'll set the strategic direction for how our products are developed, delivered, and evolved – ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals and enabling scalable growth.

You'll guide cross-functional teams across Product, Tech, Operations, and Commercial to build innovative and impactful solutions. Your work will combine strategic vision, commercial understanding, and executional excellence to deliver both business impact and outstanding customer experiences.

Some of the things you will do

• Define and communicate a clear long-term product strategy and vision aligned with company goals and market trends

• Build and own a unified product roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritized for impact, feasibility, and user value
  

• Drive best practices and scalable ways of working across all product development teams
  

• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams - while also driving complex product initiatives yourself when needed
  

• Mentor and develop product managers, fostering a strong product culture of innovation, data-driven decisions, and customer focus

What we're looking for 

You have a strong background in product leadership and a proven ability to connect vision with execution. You know how to lead through others, setting direction while empowering teams to deliver exceptional results. You bring a holistic view of product management – from strategy and technical depth to stakeholder management and organizational design.

• 10+ years of experience within product management, including leadership of senior product teams

• Proven experience building and scaling product organizations in a fast-growing environment

• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on executional drive

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Swedish is a plus)
