Som Production Manager ansvarar du för att leda och stötta det dagliga arbetet i produktionen. Du blir en nyckelperson som coachar operatörer, deltar i morgonmöten och säkerställer att verksamheten rullar effektivt och säkert. Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt med planering, förbättringar och samordning  samtidigt som du finns nära teamet för att lösa utmaningar i realtid.

Dina ansvarsområdenEHS & arbetsmiljö

  • Genomföra veckovisa safety walks

  • Rapportera riskobservationer, tillbud och olyckor i TIA

  • Delta i skyddsronder och samordningsmöten

  • Introducera ny personal och säkerställa att rutiner följs

  • Bidra till implementering av 5S och systematiskt EHS-arbete

Produktion & driftledning

  • Hålla morgonmöten med både AT och operatörer

  • Planera, prioritera och följa upp det dagliga arbetet

  • Ge operativ support som felsökning, instruktioner och fordonsansvar

  • Stötta i inköp av reservdelar, verktyg och instrument

  • Hantera leverantörsbesök och samordning vid behov

  • Ansvara för fleet checks och uppföljning i Maximo/GSI

Administration & uppföljning

  • Följa upp rapportering och ärendehantering

  • Vara guide vid interna och externa besök

  • Genomföra veckovisa möten med skiftens team leaders

  • Hantera beställningar i Perfectbuy

  • Delta i implementeringen av APSYS
