An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Product Manager to join our Menswear Assortment at H&M. This role is based at our office in Stockholm and offers the rare opportunity to make a strong impact on one of our key categories.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will take ownership of the product strategy and lead the development of an assortment that reflects current fashion, customer relevance and brand identity. You will translate insights and trends into actionable product decisions that drive growth, profitability and brand impact.
You will:
- Define and execute a clear product strategy, balancing creativity, commerciality and operational precision
- Identify and act on emerging trends to ensure the assortment reflects current fashion and brand positioning
- Lead the team through the full product development cycle – from concept to execution
- Collaborate across design, planning, production and merchandising to secure seamless execution
- Continuously refine assortment and component strategies based on performance, insights and market shifts
- Ensure products deliver unbeatable value for money by balancing fashion, quality, price and sustainability
- Foster a culture of ambition, agility and ownership within the product team
- Lead confidently through change and complexity, adapting strategies and ways of working to stay ahead
WHO YOU ARE
You are a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager with a deep understanding of menswear and a passion for product. You combine fashion insight with business acumen to shape relevant and profitable assortments.
You bring:
- A sharp eye for fashion and trend awareness relevant to our customer
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the fashion and/or retail industry
- Proven ability to build commercially attractive assortments that reflect brand identity and customer needs
- A strategic and operational mindset, with a track record of driving growth and profitability
- Strong leadership skills – you inspire and guide teams even without formal personnel responsibility
- A collaborative approach, with experience working across design, planning, production and merchandising
- The ability to prioritize and filter in a dynamic environment, securing execution from idea to finished product
- A curious and flexible mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- A passion for cultivating a positive and ambitious team culture

This is a full-time permanent position, with placement in Stockholm.
