As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe's EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Technical Support Engineer to support our growing operations in Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden.

Job Description:

Autel France is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of EV chargers and customized energy products to key clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for BESS installations, diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  • Responsible for the industrial development and system design of BESS.
  • Define and coordinate the architecture of the BESS system, including the design of solutions for PCS (Power Conversion System), BMS (Battery Management System), EMS (Energy Management System), BAT (Battery Technology), and electrical and structural components.
  • Record support cases, root cause analyses, and solutions in the company's CRM system, conduct system performance reviews, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Promptly address technical issues reported by customers, track technical problems and perform root cause analysis and corrective actions; gather customer requirements and communicate effectively with the headquarters' R&D department.
  • Create and provide technical documentation and training materials; compile maintenance case studies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Over 3 years of work experience in energy storage, renewable energy, solar PV, or power systems.
  • Hands-on experience with lithium-ion batteries, inverters, or grid-tied systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site customer visits.
  • Strong organizational skills, execution ability, good stress management, and team-oriented.
  • Strong learning ability, service orientation, sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work attitude. Strong self-motivation.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
