What you'll achieveAs the Technical Support Lead, you will ensure the reliability, performance and user satisfaction of clinical applications and infrastructure across hospitals and care facilities are maintained. You will join a team of support specialists, collaborate with clinical stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in service delivery making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Hold a leading role in a team providing technical support for healthcare applications, including EHR/EMR systems both at the hospital and in mobile pre-hospital settings
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, with a strong focus on patient safety, data integrity and system uptime.
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, coordinating with vendors, IT teams, and clinical departments.
Monitor and report on support KPIs, SLAs and compliance with healthcare regulations
Develop and maintain support documentation, SOPs and training materials tailored to clinical users.
Collaborate with R&D, implementation, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration and secure operations.
Participate in change management and risk assessments for system updates and deployments.
Stay informed on healthcare IT trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
3+ years of experience in technical support or IT service delivery, preferably in a healthcare or regulated environment.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and network layers.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM) and compliance frameworks.
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support platforms.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a customer-centric and safety-first mindset.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Health Informatics or related field
Certifications in ITIL, or healthcare IT
Fluent in English and other European languages
