We're looking for an CRM & Automation Specialist to join STRONGER's E-commerce. In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening our presence and communication towards our customerbase. You'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with our community, initiate conversations with our customers and enhance our Online Customer journey.

What You'll Do

  • Build, automate, and optimize lifecycle journeys in Voyado – from onboarding to reactivation
  • Grow our customer base continuously, ensure customer data quality
  • Segment and analyze the customer database to unlock insights and drive retention
  • Create and deploy personalized content across email, SMS, and other CRM channels in close collaboration with the content and design teams
  • Use Storyblok to integrate dynamic content that enhances personalization
  • Run A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, e-commerce, and creative

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CRM and/or marketing automation, preferably within e-commerce or DTC
  • Proficiency in Voyado (or similar platforms such as Klaviyo, Emarsys, or Hubspot)
  • Working knowledge of content management systems – ideally a headless CMS like Storyblok
  • Experience with audience segmentation, data analysis, and A/B testing
  • A unique blend of technical acumen and creative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional environments
