Filed is looking for a
CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist
to own, scale, and continuously improve our HubSpot ecosystem alongside RevOps. You'll turn our marketing and sales data into one frictionless growth machine. The goal: zero broken handoffs, zero dirty data, and maximum automation.

This role sits at the center of how Filed grows; every workflow, property, and report you touch will directly impact how fast and efficiently we move.

What you'll be responsible for

• Designing and maintaining a clean, structured, and scalable HubSpot CRM architecture
• Creating automations and workflows that accelerate lead response and conversion
• Owning the marketing-to-sales handoff, SLAs, and feedback loops
• Building dashboards that deliver real-time visibility into funnel health and performance
• Automating repetitive internal tasks to free up hours across teams
• Managing HubSpot integrations and identifying new ones that support growth
