What We Should Tell You About The Role
Filed is looking for a
CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist
to own, scale, and continuously improve our HubSpot ecosystem alongside RevOps. You'll turn our marketing and sales data into one frictionless growth machine. The goal: zero broken handoffs, zero dirty data, and maximum automation.
This role sits at the center of how Filed grows; every workflow, property, and report you touch will directly impact how fast and efficiently we move.
Here's why this is a terrible job
Because perfection in HubSpot doesn't exist. You'll inherit complex workflows, messy legacy data, and multiple teams with strong opinions about what "good" looks like. You'll spend time untangling automations that were built fast, not beautifully. And sometimes you'll need to say "no" to someone important because it breaks the system you're trying to protect.

What you'll be responsible for
- Designing and maintaining a clean, structured, and scalable HubSpot CRM architecture
- Creating automations and workflows that accelerate lead response and conversion
- Owning the marketing-to-sales handoff, SLAs, and feedback loops
- Building dashboards that deliver real-time visibility into funnel health and performance
- Automating repetitive internal tasks to free up hours across teams
- Managing HubSpot integrations and identifying new ones that support growth
