Play a key role in our next chapter of growth

As a Senior Specialist in our Paid Social team you will be a part of the development, execution and optimization of Paid Social activities for some of the most advanced brands and retailers in Sweden. You will collaborate with our specialists across offices and markets, taking a leading role in ensuring that our offerings remain competitive in the dynamic digital landscape.

Specifically, you will be working with:

• Developing, optimizing, and executing clients' paid social strategies
• Providing strategic and business-oriented sparring focused on clients' needs, goals, and challenges
• Analyzing campaign performance in both the short and long term
• Advising clients on campaign setup and optimization strategies
• Initiating and implementing new templates and processes to optimize workflows

ager to learn and always looking for growth opportunities

We expect you to have 2-4 years of experience within Paid Social, preferably from a similar role in a digital agency and/or in-house.

Furthermore, you can probably recognise the following:

• Experience with development and execution of media campaigns: Define platforms, budget, KPIs and targets. You'll also be key in advising on creative content and testing methodologies
• Strong background in Paid Social and proficiency with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Smartly, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Are direct and open in your communication and you deliver high-end, well thought through presentations
• Can deliver thorough research and findings on brand and performance on social channels
• Work independently and proactively and thrive in a dynamic environment
